Each Set includes

A sturdy, black Metal Box with the popular DANIEL SMITH logo in white on the top.

Inside are 12 or 24 colors ( depending on set size) DANIEL SMITH Watercolors Hand Poured into half pans which are removable and refillable,

Opening the Metal Box reveals 4 large paint mixing wells in the lid, the fold out section has 8 smaller wells. The half pan holder section is removable and beneath it are 7 more mixing wells for a total of 19. The inside is painted with a white enamel for easy clean up with a soft cloth or paper towel. There is space between the 2 rows of half pans to keep a small brush. For convenient painting, there is a finger ring underneath that allows for securing the Metal Box to the palm of your hand while painting without having to grip the Metal Box.

Included with the set is a waterproof acetate map of the specific set colors, their properties and location in the box.
