Visitor target groups
Please note: the fair is open to trade visitors only and private visitors are not admitted. As is usual at trade fairs, the direct sale of products is not permitted.
Who counts as a trade visitor?
Employees from the following sectors can visit Creativeworld as trade visitors:
- Retail trade
- Chain store retail
- Speciality markets
- Hobby and handicraft stores
- Department stores
- Self-service / discount markets
- Wholesale and foreign trade

Your ticket includes the following services:
Access to Networking & nmedia.hub
Your ticket also includes a profile in the Creativeworld Networking Tool. Networking will be available to you without time restrictions from 2 September 2025 and includes, among other features:
- Matchmaking and contact with exhibitors and visitors
- Appointment scheduling functions for efficient planning
- Building a personal network that extends beyond the event
If you no longer wish to make use of this contractual offer, you can close your Networking profile at any time.
Your ticket also includes a prepared account for nmedia.hub.
Your admission ticket serves as your travel ticket
All admission tickets (excluding complimentary tickets) include free travel to and from Messe Frankfurt on public transport operated by the Rhein-Main Transport Association (RMV) within the entire fare zone. Tickets may be presented in either digital or printed form.
Voucher tickets must be exchanged for admission tickets in the Online Ticket Shop in order to use RMV public transport for travel to and from the exhibition grounds. Only redeemed vouchers entitle the holder to use RMV public transport services. Please note that online tickets are only valid for travel when presented together with a valid ID or passport.
