Eli-Chem Resins was opened in 2002 with the intention to represent Elite Chemical Industries (South Africa) in European and other international markets. Elite Chemicals was founded in 1971 and is a leading independently owned formulator and manufacturer of thermo-setting resin systems.

We soon realised there was a market for art resins and we quickly adapted our range, developing easy to use resin systems for a variety of applications which are used by both artists and furniture makers. Soon after we also introduced a range of pigments to complement our resins so that artists can create unique resin art safely and easily. We run art resin workshops countrywide and occasionally in Europe.
