If your intention to exhibit has been received by Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH by 27 March 2026, the early booking prices apply.

open on one side EUR 283.00/m²*
open on two sides EUR 336.00/m²*
open on three sides EUR 357.00/m²*
open on four sides EUR 360.00/m²*
* plus EUR 4.40/m² environmental fee, EUR 0.60/m² AUMA and media package EUR 985.00, plus VAT. Two-storey construction involves additional costs of € 150.00 / sqm of overbuilt area, plus additional costs for safety inspections, such as static equilibrium, fire safety, etc.

Services included in the stand rental price

  • Worldwide press work as well as marketing activities
  • Partitions to neighbouring stands and numbered stand signs (2,50 m high + 12 cm feet; only in the case of advance orders in the Shop for Exhibitor Services)
  • Exhibitor passes (depending on stand size) / assembly/disassembly passes (free of charge)
  • Entrance ticket vouchers for visitors/buyers (depending on stand size)
  • Basic stand lighting by the hall lighting; air conditioning
  • Electronic and visual visitor guidance systems
